1. Opt-In For Text Messages.
Superior Dent Solutions uses SMS text messaging to send Vehicle Status Updates. This is the first text message you will receive.
“Thank you for enrolling in the SMS Vehicle Status Updates system. You can unenroll at any time by following the instructions below. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.”
2. Superior Dent Solutions Loaner Cars. If you already know that you plan on getting your vehicle repaired with us and your insurance policy does not cover the cost of a rental car, you may be qualified to use one of ours for FREE while your vehicle is being repaired. You must be 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and have car insurance.
3. Images of the damage to your vehicle.
The more information we have about your vehicle before we do the actual inspection, the better. Having pictures of the damage is also important for your insurance company. Snapping a picture on your phone creates a timestamp and proof of the damage.
4. Additional damage.
If you have damage that goes beyond dents and dings, totally OK. We repair ALL damage caused by a hail storm, but we would just like to know as much as we can about your vehicle.

- File a claim with your insurance company.

Just click on your insurance company logo to start the claims process. - Call a car rental agency to schedule a pickup.
In most cases, if you have comprehensive coverage on your vehicle, a rental car will be covered under your policy. We will pick up the tab if a rental car is not covered. We need you to call and schedule a pick-up time. You will need the insurance claim number plus a reservation code that your insurance company will provide. When you go to pick up your rental, drive the damaged vehicle. We will meet you there, pick up your vehicle, and take it to our shop. It’s pretty easy! If you do NOT need a rental car while your vehicle is being repaired, no problem. We can drop by your location and pick up the vehicle for repairs and then deliver it after the repairs have been completed. - We will keep you updated.
