A typical hail damage inspection takes 15-20 minutes. If you have multiple vehicles or extensive damage, the inspection could take over 45 minutes.
If I schedule a home or office inspection, do I need to be there?
Yes, we recommend being present so we can provide the most value. This allows our specialist to walk you through our findings, explain the different repair options available, and answer any questions you have about the process or insurance. It’s a great way to get all the information you need to make an informed decision
What happens if you find my vehicle isn’t a candidate for PDR?
No problem at all. If PDR isn’t the right fit, we’ll be honest with you. We can explain why conventional bodywork or other methods might be necessary so you can make the best decision for your vehicle’s value and safety.
Can I bring my vehicle to your shop for my inspection?
Yes. This is entirely up to you. We have many options when it comes to scheduling a hail damage inspection. You can schedule an inspection at our shop located in Liberty Hill or we can come to your home or office.
Can I have my insurance adjuster inspect my vehicle at your shop?
Absolutely—and we highly encourage it! We work with all insurance companies and welcome adjusters at our facility. Our facility is equipped with specialized high-definition LED lighting specifically designed to reveal subtle hail damage that is often invisible in standard outdoor light. By having the adjuster meet us here, we can work together to ensure every dent is documented correctly the first time, helping you avoid the hassle of a “supplement” later on.
What if I already have an estimate from my insurance adjuster?
Bring it with you! Insurance adjusters often miss the finer details of PDR. We can review their estimate on the spot and let you know if their numbers are realistic or if they’ve undervalued the actual cost of a high-quality repair.
